Shipments are made within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of payment via SDA courier, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
Upon shipment, an email containing the order details will be sent to the address specified by the customer. To track the product, the tracking number will be provided and entered into the shipping company's website. All orders placed on barbieri.it will be accompanied upon delivery by a document declaring the value of each item in euros, as required by trade regulations.
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing for delivery. Al Monello srl packages are carefully wrapped, with tape placed around the package. If for any reason the package appears tampered with or the tape is damaged, customers are asked to sign for delivery with reservations or refuse delivery. If the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to their local SDA office and contact Al Monello srl at almonello.almonello@tin.it
If, for any reason, the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package may be returned to the sender at the Customer's expense. These costs will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by barbierionline.it. Furthermore, all Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with barbieri.it and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If, for any reason, the Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests a return to sender upon delivery, any shipping costs charged to barbieri.it will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
