Online Items and Images

Al Monello srl declines any responsibility for the possibility that the colors of the products displayed on the website may present slight differences compared to the original ones.

The images contained on the barbierionline.it website are the property of Al Monello srl. Any use of such images, not authorized by written consent from Al Monello srl, will be prosecuted according to law.

Availability of Items

The assortment on barbierionline.it reflects the availability of each item by size and color. The online store is in fact connected to the physical store and all the warehouses belonging to Al Monello srl.

Once the order request is received, the Orders department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the purchased items, the validity of the credit card transaction, and to verify the details of previous transactions made by the Customer on barbierionline.it. In the event that the ordered items are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be fulfilled as requested by the Customer, the Orders office will promptly notify the Customer.

Online Dispute Resolution for Consumers

The consumer residing in Europe must be aware that the European Commission has established an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. This tool can be used by the European consumer to resolve in a non-judicial way any dispute relating to and/or arising from contracts for the sale of goods and services concluded online. Consequently, if you are a European consumer, you can use this platform for the resolution of any dispute arising from the online contract concluded with the Owner. Bank Transfer

By choosing the payment method "BANK WIRE TRANSFER" (Bonifico Bancario), the customer automatically sends an order request. This order request is confirmed by an e-mail sent by customer service, containing our bank details, following which the goods are set aside pending the arrival of the bank transfer on our account. The customer is required to send a copy of the payment via FAX or via e-mail to within almonello.almonello@tin.it 72 hours (3 days) from receipt of the order confirmation.

If within this period Al Monello srl does not receive the copy of the payment made, it will proceed to cancel the order.

We will ship the order when the bank transfer has reached our bank account and as soon as the goods are available in our warehouse.
