Shipping policy

Shipments are made, within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of payment, via SDA courier, from Monday to Friday, between 9.00 and 18.00. Shipments relating to orders placed during the weekend will be made the following Monday.

At the time of shipment, an email will be sent to the address specified by the Customer, containing the order data. To track the product, the shipping number to be entered on the website of the company providing the transport service will be indicated. All orders placed on barbieri.it will be accompanied upon delivery by a document stating the value of the individual items in Euros, as per the laws governing trade.

Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. Al Monello srl packages are carefully packed, with tape placed around the package. If for any reason, the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, Customers are requested to sign for receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the local SDA office and contact Al Monello srl at the address almonello.almonello@tin.it.

If for any reason the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package risks being returned to the sender at the expense of the Customer. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer from barbieri.it. Furthermore, all Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with barbieri.it and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package: if for any reason the Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests its return to the sender at the time of delivery itself, any shipping costs charged to barbieri.it will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

Shipping Costs Europe

Shipping Fee Contribution of €25.00 for orders under €350.00 of merchandise Free Delivery for orders over €350.00 of merchandise Delivery is guaranteed in 3/4 working days from the confirmation of receipt of payment (except for customs formalities)

Shipping Costs Rest of the World

Shipping Fee Contribution of €45.00 for orders under €500.00 of merchandise Free Delivery for orders over €500.00 of merchandise Delivery is guaranteed in 4/6 working days from the confirmation of receipt of payment (except for customs formalities)

All additional shipping costs are automatically calculated and invoiced during the order confirmation and checkout phase.
