Refund policy

To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the address  almonello.almonello@tin.it within 2 days of receiving the goods. The e-mail must specify the order number, the codes of the items to be returned and the desired compensation: size change, item change, coupon credit. Once the return request has been received, Al Monello srl will send the Customer a confirmation via email.

Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR COMMUNICATION VIA EMAIL TO:  almonello.almonello@tin.it AND RELATIVE AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN FROM US.

The security thread, if present on the items being returned, must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn (only for trying on), washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
